Strategy consultant by trade, anthropology-nerd by training, my passion is helping organizations introspect and uncovering what makes them (and their teams) tick.

I am an Associate Partner with Dalberg Advisors in Mumbai, a platform that has sharpened my acumen for strategy and provided a wide ‘neural network’ of fellow Dalberg leaders and partner organizations united in our drive to ‘do good’ better for the communities we live in and work with. I primarily lead projects anchored in strategy, organizational design and transformation, and multi-disciplinary research.

Since joining Dalberg in 2017, I have honed my craft in sectors ranging from financial inclusion, gender, and education, to climate and cities, and for clients including non-profits, donors, investors, and purpose-driven companies.

I am happiest when I can help bring structure and clarity to what feel like gnarly, unsolvable obstacles in an impact organization’s journey, and when I can translate across different ways of thinking toward a common goal. Some of my favorite pieces of work include:

  • Helping conceptualize and launch the India Climate Collaborative
  • Building bridges and a cohesive strategy for a humanitarian NGO whose staff hailed from the widely diverse cultures of the military, non-profit sector, and medical field
  • Channeling quantitative and human-centered design insights on whether government benefits were reaching India’s poorest families during COVID-19 to the government’s senior-most decision-makers

I also spent a year rolling up my sleeves on change management in Dalberg’s internal machinery, supporting the firm’s People & Values governance committee, as interim lead for global Talent, and shepherding a transformation agenda with our Chief Operating Officer. This experience instilled much empathy for the challenges my clients face when seeing big changes through to implementation (… after the consultants leave the building!).

Prior to Dalberg, my early career centered on the nexus of business incentives and social goals, working on inclusive business at the IFC, social entrepreneurship for Coca-Cola West Africa, and publishing on USAID’s public-private partnerships at Brookings. I also built experience in the bi-/multi-lateral donor landscape with USAID-funded programs at IREX in Washington DC, the UNDP Tumen Secretariat in Beijing, and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Dushanbe.

I hold a Masters in Global Human Development from Georgetown, and a BA in Anthropology and International Studies from Macalester College.
