I’m a facilitator, trainer, and systems coach deeply passionate about bringing people together, sparking collaboration, and driving meaningful change in the international development and social impact sectors.
At the core of my work is creativity—I believe artistic expression, storytelling, and creative thinking are powerful tools for unlocking potential, fostering dialogue, and shaping transformative solutions.
My expertise lies in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that inspire action, foster innovation, and build consensus. I integrate creative approaches into facilitation, using visual storytelling, experiential learning, and artistic reflection to help people see challenges from new angles, embrace fresh perspectives, and co-create impactful solutions.
As a connector and communicator, I thrive in creating safe, inclusive spaces where diverse voices are heard, valued, and amplified. Whether guiding teams through complex challenges, facilitating thought-provoking conversations, or strengthening relationships, my goal is always to cultivate shared purpose and spark collaboration.
I am the co-founder and Co-Director of Inspirasi Tanpa Batas (INSPIRIT), a social enterprise that pioneered vibrant facilitation training in Indonesia’s social justice sector. Currently, I also serve as Executive Director of Roemah Inspirit, a communication resource hub for social change in Indonesia. I lead a dedicated team that supports changemakers in communicating more effectively—internally, externally, and within ecosystems. Through training, resources, and platforms, we empower individuals and organizations working toward a more just and sustainable world.
My experience spans program management, capacity building, and community development, gained through roles at several international nonprofit organizations. I’ve collaborated with international development organizations, NGOs, and government agencies, contributing to initiatives that create meaningful impact.
I hold a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology/Sociology from Sophia University, Tokyo. As a lifelong learner, I’m constantly seeking new ways to grow—both personally and professionally. Since 2022, I have been an associate of Spring Strategies, and in 2023 I became a systems coach for several Co-Impact partners in Indonesia.
Beyond my work, I’m inspired by art, creativity, and cultural expression. I believe creativity is a catalyst for deep learning, connection, collaboration, and change.
