I am the Director at WMG Management Consultants Limited and the co-founder of Beyond Your Edge™, a personal development program designed to transform leaders from the inside out. My work is deeply rooted in strategy, organizational impact, and coaching, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.

With over 30 years of experience in facilitation, strategy design, and execution, I have worked with more than 100 organizations across civil society, government, and the private sector. My expertise lies in crafting turnkey systems change strategies, fostering adaptive leadership, and building people-centered organizational structures that drive sustainable impact.

I have facilitated systems change strategies for organizations such as TICAH – Trust for Culture and Indigenous Health (Kenya), The Action Foundation (Kenya), TISA – The Institute of Social Accountability (Kenya), Girl Effect (Kenya), Zizi Afrique (East Africa), and Global Expertise Kenya.

As an Integral Master Coach™, I have coached and trained over 100 leaders since 2014, focusing on leadership development, organizational culture, and resilience in complex environments. I believe coaching plays a critical role in achieving systems change, helping leaders and organizations gain clarity, confidence, and momentum.

My work has taken me to 22 countries across Africa and beyond, giving me a broad global perspective and enabling me to design context-specific solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization I work with.
