I am the Director at WMG Management Consultants Limited and the co-founder of Beyond Your Edge™, a personal development program designed to transform leaders from the inside out. With over 30 years of experience in facilitation, strategy design, and execution, I have worked with more than 100 organizations across civil society, government, and the private sector.
