I hold a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Public Policy from Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. I have over 13 years of experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of social and environmental impact projects, having started my career by coordinating income generation initiatives across various regions of Brazil.
Since then, I have gained experience in both national and international institutions, working with organizations such as Manos Unidas and Laudes Foundation, and contributing to the development of private social investment strategies in corporate institutes such as Instituto Votorantim and Instituto C&A.
Currently, I am a partner at Janela 8, a consultancy through which I support organizations that work—or intend to work—towards gender equity through an intersectional lens. I have been supporting organizations funded by Co-Impact in the design of projects based on the System Change methodology.
My work focuses on three main areas: integrating gender and other intersectional perspectives into social and environmental initiatives, strengthening civil society organizations, and leading monitoring and evaluation processes.
In recent years, I have collaborated with institutions such as Natura, The Nature Conservancy, Fundação Tide Setubal, Fundo Baobá for Racial Equity, Co-Impact, Instituto Votorantim, WRI Brasil, among others.
