Kashyap Shah is a Partner in Bridgespan’s India office. He heads the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program (BNDP) for Asia and Africa. His experience includes policymaking, development consulting and advisory, capacity building, program management and impact investment.

He has done significant work in the systems change, nonprofit capacity building and education domain over the last decade. Kashyap also runs a community of practice for 25 marquee organisations in systems thinking across India. Prior to Bridgespan, Kashyap led Michael & Susan Dell Foundation’s (MSDF) efforts to pioneer systemic education reforms in multiple Indian states. Kashyap has also worked as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with the Andhra Pradesh Government. Kashyap has also spent close to a decade in for profit business consulting. Kashyap is a British Council scholar and has a dual Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from London School of Economics and National University of Singapore (NUS).
