Based in New Delhi, India, I work as an independent strategy, learning and evaluation consultant on gender equality, reproductive health, adolescent health and development, HIV/AIDS, leadership, and social inclusion issues. With a growing interest and experience in working on issues of environment, biodiversity conservation and climate change. I have been working for over 30 years in India and Asia with various national and international organizations – private foundations, technical agencies, international and national non-profits, UN agencies, bilateral agencies and consulting firms.

I am on the board of Pravah – a youth citizenship and leadership organisation in India and on the Executive Committee of White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood, India – an alliance of organisations and individuals working on safe motherhood issues. I am a International Technical Review Panel member for AmplifyChange; International Gender Review panel member for Green Climate Fund; Strategic/System Change Coach – for Co-Impact partner agencies; member of GENSA and Community of Evaluators, South Asia and Consultant, UNAIDS Technical Support Mechanism (TSM), Asia and Pacific.
