Umang Manchanda

I am a strategy consultant and a nonprofit coach currently working at The Bridgespan Group. I have spent the last 10 years as a development professional, right from being a Teach for India fellow working in the classroom to a consultant supporting a state-level education department, to an advisor for nonprofit leadership teams and philanthropists.

I have a deep interest and curiosity for systems change and have spent the last few years supporting organizations in navigating this challenging work. At Bridgespan, I have also contributed to sectoral knowledge-building efforts, including the Pay What It Takes India Initiative and Community-Driven Change.

I hold an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
